Chase Texada

Charles “Chase” Texada is the newest attorney with the Hightower Law Firm, joining the team in 2018. He was a member of the fraternity Kappa Sigma and graduated from the Louisiana State University with bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in biology in 2014. In 2017, he received his juris doctorate from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar Association and his practice areas include civil litigation such as personal injury, automobile accidents, truck/18-wheeler accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, as well as offshore/maritime law.

Before joining the Hightower Law Firm, Chase served as a clerk to the Honorable Judge Marilyn Castle with the 15th Judicial District Court of Louisiana from 2017-2018. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and is actively involved with the Lafayette Bar Association and the Lafayette Young Lawyers Association. 

Chase is happily married to his wife, Claire. He is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast. When he isn’t consulting with clients in the office or representing them in the courtroom, you can most likely find him enjoying the outdoors, hunting and fishing, or cheering on his alma mater at Tiger Stadium.
